Returns Using Amazon Payments:
To return an item, you can log into your Amazon account and click through to get a return label for your purchase. Because we use Amazon to warehouse and ship our products, they don't allow exchanges, you will need to return your item and place another order for the correct size.
Returns Using Other Payment Methods:
All products must have tags attached and not worn. We must received the product back in order to give the refund. Please use our easy return link for your order, since we do not charge shipping when placing the order we do charge $7.95 fee if you choose to return your purchase. We allow 30 days to return our products except if purchasing for the holidays. Purchases made in November and December, have until January 31st to return.
Most of Lizatards products are warehoused with Amazon. We use Amazon's shipping services and most of our inventory is in a warehouse. You can use our easy return link to return your purchase to us. We stock some of our products, if we have it in stock we can exchange your purchase.
Lizatards follows Amazon's return policy on our products, you have 30 days to return an item. There is an exception during the holiday season, where you are allowed to return until the end of January.
Please try on leotards with underwear and leave tags on all our products until you are sure that this is exactly what you want.
